Camera angle test

Not much content here, just me testing how the particle and lighting engines work with camera rotation.

This builds on from the frame outside the camera which I implemented with screenshake. I’ve fixed any delays with it following the camera, and fixed problems with the GUI and particle layers following the camera too. Now it all works seamlessly.
